Inara
Be transported on a scrumptious culinary adventure in Busselton's contemporary new Middle Eastern restaurant Inara. Their banquet includes the tastes of Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey, Syria, Israel, Palestine, Greece, Egypt and Iraq. Find out about the dish's origin from chef Daniel Johnson who can point to their mural map on the wall commissioned by local artist Tom Ansell.

A Palestinian entree Dagga Ghazzawieh includes roasted grape tomatoes, shatta (a hot sauce), dill, lemon and black garlic yoghurt. It is simply divine. Kunefe three-cheese, a traditional Arabic dessert, includes orange blossom and Iranian pistachios with burnt honey ice cream. Each dish is thoughtfully presented. White Elephant Cafe
It's hard not to be in a holiday spirit when you pull up a chair at the White Elephant Beach Cafe and take in the smell of coffee and salty air at Gnarabup Beach. If you're lucky you may even spot a dolphin or two. The menu includes classics such as a BLTs, salmon bagels and a Reuben toastie. There are plenty of vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan options, too.

Their silky coffee is made from local brand Margaret River Co "Old Faithful" beans. Fall in love with dukkah again with their version of smashed pumpkin with avocado, poached eggs and fetta on sourdough. Breakfast portions are generous - possibly a surfer's meal? Shelter Brewing Co
The new local favourite Shelter is a laid-back, welcoming contemporary venue on the doorstep of the Busselton Jetty. The food is flash, the vibe is relaxed and the local pride is high. The warehouse-style shed has ceiling-high windows to view the longest wooden jetty in the southern hemisphere. Grab a freshly brewed beer or better yet opt for a beer paddle to taste a few including their pale ale, red ale, summer sour and lager.

Do yourself a favour and order the prawn muffin delicacy with yuzu mayonnaise and topped with crisps. It doesn't get much better than fresh seafood and beer straight from the tank to tap.
